[CROSSPOST] Meet Sean Stewart!

Putting this here to inform those that no longer read the Haunted Apiary forum:

Sean will be in Chicago the last weekend in April and wants to get together with some beekeepers. We haven't planned anything definite yet, but please let me know if you're interested in coming so we can keep you in the loop.

yep! its been optioned by Jim Henson Studios (which is awesome!)
"Just last week, "Daily Variety" reported that Henson's daughter had aquired the production rights to a number of interesting novels. These included:

* Sean Stewart's "Perfect Circle," a darkly comic novel about a Texan in his 30's who's regularly visited by ghosts.
* Paul Fleishman's "Weslandia," a children's book about a boy who doesn't quite fit into this world. Which is why he invents a world of his own.
* Agapi Stassinopoulos' "Conversations With the Goddesses" and "Gods and Goddesses in Love." (Which Jane reportedly sees more as a project for television). "

Yay! They're the studio that also did (is doing) the movie "MirrorMask", by Neil Gaiman and Dave McKean, a semi-sorta-sequel to Labyrinth, crossed with Dark Crystal-ish stuff. Debuted at Sundance, and something I'm REALLY looking forward too. I just wish they'd get around to releasing it to theatres.
