Alright, you know what, I just took that long list of votes, and...

Realised the voting needed an end date. So, how long do you people want to spend to decide on our name? Also, there's too many options I don't understand!

Though, personally, I'm leaning towards Syzygists.

I say we just make The Perplexed official, because every time I've checked, it's either been winning or tied with Cubists. I don't know who would have to announce what to make this happen.

So, why that particular slice of suggestions, and how official should we treat this poll. Is this our "town hall" for our nickname vote, or just a poll to see whats more popular?

The idea wasn't so much to make ourselves sound like a clan as to stop drawing blanks when trying to talk about ourselves. I guess we could see what sticks. I think it'll end up matching the results here anyway.

I think we deffinatly should have a name for ourselves, just for practicality sake, but I really don't care much what name we end up with. I do rather like The Cubed though, even if it isn't on the poll.

Come to think of it, why have one name? Even with no standards, it can probably be assumed that anyone saying anything involving "cube" or "syzygy" in the context of ARGs will be talking about perplex city. The only reason I can think of is simplifying things for people outside the scene (newspaper reporters / readers), but then they'd probably simplify it to "perplex city players" anyway.

I think I may start referring to people in the fashion of "name ³ " XD
