[ARG] Albrecht Wasser

I think I've become a person to contact for some reason...this doesn't seem related to anything I'm playing currently or Synagaga, so here it is.

Quote:
Albrecht Wasser: Hello there, son. I er, have a message I'm supposed to give out. Do you have a pen and paper handy?
hkdl0521: Yeah
Albrecht Wasser: Good, my boy, glad to hear it. Now, I'm going to give you the message fairly soon. I'm packing now...er, hold on a moment.
hkdl0521: Who is it from?
hkdl0521: OKay
Albrecht Wasser: Sorry about this, I don't think I'll ever getthe hang of cell phones.
hkdl0521: Ah, Messaging from a cell?
Albrecht Wasser: Alright, the message is kind of cryptic, but until I get back from Mexico, I figured someone else should know.
hkdl0521: Alright
Albrecht Wasser: My boss asked me to tell someone who would care this..."He is not who he seems to be." It's tied in with the Mexico er, incident.
hkdl0521: Who is your boss?
Albrecht Wasser: Well, the dean, of course. He's concerned that the Mexicans aren't going to let me call back much from down there.
hkdl0521: The dean of what? I'm sorry to say I don't know what this is about
Albrecht Wasser: Ah, I knew this would happen. Listen, Sam, I'm going to have to log off this lab computer. Wait...this isn't Sam?
hkdl0521: No, whos sam?
Albrecht Wasser: Hmm, why don't you forget anything I just said. Dr. Tannis told me these things would be easy to use. Sorry to trouble you.
hkdl0521: Um...is there anything I can help with?
Albrecht Wasser: Albrecht Wasser is no longer signed on.

Well, apparently you should of said your sam. I'm sure the two of you are a lot alike anyway, what with choosing almost the same screen names... Smile

"good, my boy" so totally an ARG

hdkl.... what the heck is it with your name being vital to those in other realities? There must be something magical about those four letters... I must know!

Recently a friend of mine died in Mexico. His name is Dr. Janus Riis Tannis, and I'm going to miss him alot. "Riis" to his friends, he was a historian who also had training as an aracheologist. He was working in the Yucatan when he died in what appears to be a bulldozer accident. I don't think so. Mexican authorities say it was an accident, but they won't let anyone see the body. Since he didn't have any relatives, it looks like he will be buried there.

We're concerned about this. His advisor and friend, Dr. Albrecht Wasser, hasn't been seen either since Dr. Tannis died. Mexican officials won't say anything to me or other friends until the State Department talks to them, and it looks like everything else that is going on is keeping State from rocking the boat in Mexico.

I don't know if I should just give up on him, or fly down to Mexico to look for answers.

Edit:
The search term is bad after all. You have to visit the cached page on google though. Because the current page doesn't have this post. Anyone have any idea what this website is?[/url]

are you sure thats the right link? I get what you're talking about when I google the terms, but not when I click on your link. What does this have to do with "node row?"

I dug around a little and it looks like whoever Temple of the Sun was, he just was on the board for a day and then he never wrote back.

I'm talking about the link that was supplied along with the info about googling. I found the page, but not by clicking on the link provided. That pulled up something about "node row"

Also, Janus is two-faced. I can't imagine that won't prove useful later Rolling Eyes silly.

EDIT: ok, I found it. I still don't see what this has to do with node row, though

got in and cant do anything, why?

YOu can find it at: http://thematrixonlineboards.warnerbros.com/newboards/thread.jspa?threadID=2000041381&tstart=75

Why would a doctor be playing Matrix Online in Mexico at the time of his disappearance. That doesn't make sense.

well what he posted didnt make a whole lot of sense but if you look at his graphic sig it says artificial intelligence. That sounds ARGish

and if you look at his profile he has 385 total posts, may not be our guy, that or we have alot of reading to do

and even more interesting his location is listed as the "land of rain"
