Help needed searching word lists

Basically, I am trying to find a 9-letter-word in which all letters are different except the 2nd and 5th (ie, ?x??x????). An example is 'salvation'. The word must match the structure of this, except the letters need to be different.

How can I do this? I have a list of words, but I wish to eliminate those which have duplicated letters except for the 2nd and 5th, or simply find ones that meet the requirements. Thanks in advance. Smile
