Recruiting staff for new ARG, experience not required...

I'm looking to recruit both Puppet Masters and Behind the Scenes help, as well as a team of artists of all types (musical, art, photography) for my next upcoming project. As you can see in the title, experience is not necessary for BTS jobs, but I would like experienced puppet master help. Job descriptions are as follows:

All Jobs Require:
-A Love of ARGs.
-A liking of superheroes and supervillains.
-A love of all types of music, good and bad
-A sense of style
-Willingness to keep up with work, keep in contact with the PM staff, use the group organizational forums on a regular basis
-Willingness to provide volunteer work, as well as abide by due dates and deadlines.
-Willingness to put in time and effort into the game, and not quit after 5 days on the staff.
-Willingness to work in a position that can be extremely fun and extremely stressful at the same time.
-Willingness to abide totally by a legal non-disclosure agreement and not speak of the project until its completion.

Puppet Master Requirements: (Most intensive job)

-Willingness to spend alot of time aiding in the game's development, direction, and provide leadership to the rest of the staff.
-Must have spent time BTS on another ARG. (This is not totally required, and some exceptions, but not many, can be made. Please note all current skills you may have for this position in your application to me.)
-Willingness to basically pick up the slack in the staff in case of emergency, in case something may go wrong.
-Willingness to possibly schedule times out of your life in which you will monitor the game to make sure things are working properly, or be on hand to be a resource to the rest of the staff.

Behind the Scenes Requirements: (Less intensive, provides valuable PM experience.)

-Willingness to provide time to the game and to aid where necessary.
-Have skills in one of four areas:
-Writing
-Web Design/Databases/Flash/Server side scripting, etc.
-Graphic design
-Acting
-Willingness to understand that if the need should arise, you may be asked to fulfill a role outside of your assigned duties, if you are on hand to do so.
-Possibly schedule time to be "on hand" for the running of the game (this will be rare, as puppet masters will mostly be fulfilling this position)

Ghost Team Requirements (Least intensive)

-Needs no prior experience to ARGs or being behind the scenes, but it helps
-Be in proximity to a large city
-Be willing to travel, if necessary
-Acting experience is a MAJOR BOON to this job, or be comfortable working with people, but neither is necessary, but will be credited as a bonus
-Be willing to devote some scheduled time, not much, to the game

Artistry Requirements:

-Have skills in one of the following:
-Drawing, art work (willingness to draw superheroes)
-Photography
-Music composition (original work required)
-Provide a sample of your work to the PM team

Public Project Outline:

This project will be the largest project I have attempted to date. It will be the most comprehensive, easily, of most games created. The universe is extremely detailed, and will require all of the staff to read developmental writings and background information files in order to fully comprehend the project properly. It will require alot of reading about the universe and alot of work in order to make it as detailed as possible.

The staff will also be one of the largest staffs I will ever use for any of my games. So you will be working with many others, and must be able to work under some periods of stress (but hopefully that won't happen too often).

The game will have an exceptionally long development period, in order to make sure everything is correct and the game is as detaled as possible (currently assumed to be 10 to 11 months of development before launch).

On the job training will be provided, so this will be a great experience for those who are interested in seeing how a large scale game works behind the scenes.

About the Lead Writer/PM

My name is Colin Brennan, and I have been with the community since I Love Bees (August of 2004). I have been the lead PM and head writer of two games since I have come to Alternate Reality Gaming, Project Gateway and the large-scale project Wildfire Industries, both storylines and characters developed by myself.

Also, I have spent alot of time looking through past games and the history of alternate reality gaming, in order to catch up on what has gone on before in the history of the genre, as well as what techniques can be used and what shouldn't be used, as well as many original ideas of my own that will be implimented in this project.

With all of this said, I hope to see your application in my mailbox. Do not reply to this thread with your application, as I wish to keep anonyminity of my staff, in the least. Once again, please send your completed applications to wildfireindustriesSPLATcomcast.net

Thank you everyone for your time in reading my requests, and I look forward to meeting and working with those of you whom I do not know.
