I'd sort of like to know a little more about this ball. where was it? what was the occasion? who was there? who was NOT there?

Who went with who? What were they wearing? Were any celebrities present? Did anyone get drunk and embarass themselves in front of the paparazzi? Will there be any clues in Heat magazine? Smile

the one on the wiki is just from the online version. I dont think anyone ever managed to get hold of a physical copy of it.

I've got one. I'll scan it in tomorrow.

not trying to nag here, more like a reminder, but hows that going?

Not a problem, nag away. Actually, I haven't had a chance to use the computer that the scanner is hooked up to. My brother and sister have had term papers, and my mother has been doing the programs for a play our friend is directing. I'll see what I can do about stealing some time tonight.

Also, could they have thought the theft of the Cube was a prank? I know it's a bit much to be considered a prank, but that could explain why they took so long in starting to look for it. Also how the theives could have gotten away if Sente & Co, really can locate it anywhere.

for a start, although i guess there must be plenty others, there was a somewhat amusing but much less sci-fi 'sofa in the stairwell' incident in an episode of Friends once.

find them ...

Hey leakingpen.

I am not necessarily saying we will ever see the part of the sentence that goes before "find them ..." just that it possible (likely?) that there is some thing there. Hence the problems with the translation

Today's ads appear to be here... there's nothing in the Lost section online.

I've had a glance through some pages but not all of them.

Hmm...very interesting indeed!

Have just googled Receda to see what came up. Have found a couple of references to it meaning 'houses' or 'buildings' in Old English.

See here and also here
