 		Ok so, the .psd file doesn't load, so we're thinking maybe a steg in the file that corrupts the image.

Here is the file when opened using notepad, there are a few strings in there that look suspicious, notable the xp,,~n k g j o y | k r which appears 3 times in a 3 different blank strings, and then the blank strings continue without the nkg string.

 		Ok I found it, there were 2 layers again, which is contrary to what "Count Layers" function told me.

Anyways, fixed it up, thethere was a hidden word.
