[18:40] synagoga1: The Dark One is The Dark One.
[18:40] synagoga1: He commands them.
[18:40] OmniEmp: Does he command Eccleastia too?
[18:40] synagoga1: No.
[18:41] CrowfootCornix: Does he do nasty things to you?
[18:41] synagoga1: Yes.
[18:41] *** snorlison has joined the chat.
[18:41] OmniEmp: Syn, I'm so sorry. You sound like you need a hug.
[18:41] CrowfootCornix: Can you remember what they are? Don't think too hard
[18:41] synagoga1: They are they.
[18:42] CrowfootCornix: ok
[18:42] snorlison: Hello, everyone.
[18:42] OmniEmp: Do you know anything about all those buttons?
[18:42] OmniEmp: hi!
[18:42] CrowfootCornix: hey
[18:42] synagoga1: No...
[18:42] synagoga1: Press them...
[18:42] synagoga1: Press the right ones...
[18:42] CrowfootCornix: How did you know which were the right ones?
[18:43] synagoga1: Uhhhhh..... uhhhh....
[18:43] OmniEmp: It's ok if you don't know.
[18:43] synagoga1: One for the Father!

[18:44] CrowfootCornix: Syn, what on earth is the matter?
[18:44] pentouchespaper: what's going on, syn?
[18:44] synagoga1: Go home to your whore, little bitch.
[18:44] synagoga1: Uhhhh... uhhhh....
[18:44] synagoga1: Make it stop...
[18:44] OmniEmp: Wisks, hold on! Is there anything we can do?
[18:44] synagoga1: I'm scared...
[18:45] CrowfootCornix: Tell us and we'll try!

[18:46] BoyDharma: ur friends are here!
[18:46] synagoga1: Why did I say that?
[18:47] synagoga1: What does all of that mean?

[18:47] synagoga1: No....
[18:47] CrowfootCornix: Were you hurt?
[18:47] synagoga1: No....
[18:47] snorlison: Was it something from insidE?
[18:47] *** OopsDaOgre has joined the chat.
[18:48] synagoga1: I don't know...
[18:48] pentouchespaper: how do you feel now?
[18:48] synagoga1: I'm a good girl, right?
[18:48] synagoga1: Scared...
[18:48] OmniEmp: Yes! It's ok. You're good.
[18:48] OmniEmp: You didn't do anything wrong.
[18:48] BoyDharma: yes, ur always a good girl
[18:48] snorlison: Of course you are a good girl. You've never given us a reason to doubt you.
[18:48] CrowfootCornix: of course you are, you're very good
[18:49] OmniEmp: We don't know what happened, but we're also trying our hardest to understand. We want to help you. Don't worry.
[18:49] synagoga1: Quaack...
[18:49] CrowfootCornix: Quack!
[18:50] OopsDaOgre: Quack!
[18:50] pentouchespaper: quack
[18:50] snorlison: quack!
[18:50] OmniEmp: Quackity! If you get scared, just concentrate on the duckies! Quack.

[18:51] synagoga1: Where's my Cat...
[18:51] synagoga1: Here Cat...
[18:51] CrowfootCornix: Can you find her?
[18:51] OmniEmp: She's not in the usual place?
[18:51] CrowfootCornix: Let's help
[18:51] CrowfootCornix: Here cat
[18:51] synagoga1: Cat....
[18:51] BoyDharma: here Cat...

[18:52] snorlison: What's you cat's like?
[18:52] synagoga1: There's Cat...
[18:52] OopsDaOgre: Yay!
[18:52] synagoga1: Kitty!
[18:52] NightmareTony: yay!
[18:52] BoyDharma: yay!!
[18:52] OmniEmp: Did she move?
[18:52] NightmareTony: I love cats. My parents have 2 cats.
[18:52] CrowfootCornix: Yay!
[18:52] synagoga1: I don't know...
[18:53] OmniEmp: That's ok. I'm glad you found her.
[18:53] synagoga1: How is everyone?
[18:54] NightmareTony: Doing well. Wonderful time out here
[18:54] NightmareTony: I hope you are doing well, Syn.
[18:54] CrowfootCornix: I'm fine, how are you Syn?
[18:54] BoyDharma: i'm good
[18:54] OopsDaOgre: I'm doing pretty good.
[18:54] synagoga1: I'm good...
[18:54] snorlison: I'm brain fried - spent too much time working on a programming assignment
[18:54] OmniEmp: Me too! How strange.
[18:54] NightmareTony: snorlison: what language?
[18:54] snorlison: C++
[18:54] NightmareTony: Ah.
[18:54] synagoga1: What is programming?
[18:55] snorlison: Remember those computers?
[18:55] NightmareTony: I do assembly myself. Its all hardware to me.
[18:55] CrowfootCornix: It's to do with computers
[18:55] synagoga1: I remember computers.
[18:55] snorlison: Well computers are very stupid things on their own.
[18:55] snorlison: They need to be told what to do.
[18:55] NightmareTony: Syn: Its a list of things to do. You know how yoou make a list of things to do during the day?
[18:55] CrowfootCornix: yes, it's like making their insides work
[18:55] snorlison: That's what a program is
[18:55] NightmareTony: take out the trash, water the garden, feed the ducks, play with the cat?
[18:55] synagoga1: Oh...
[18:55] synagoga1: I see.
[18:56] NightmareTony: its like that, but more with math.
[18:56] snorlison: You knew binary, that's the language computers speak
[18:56] OmniEmp: Programmers write in languages that get translated into binary.
[18:56] snorlison: Humans don't speak it well, so there's a device that translate it
[18:56] *** TheEvelynEngine has joined the chat.
[18:56] NightmareTony: So lets say soeone left you a piece of paper. Wake up; eat breakfast, do some math like 1+1, print the answer, go outside, water the garden. That would be a program.
[18:56] OmniEmp: You'd probably be a good programmer, Syn.
[18:57] TheEvelynEngine: Good evening, ladies and gentlemen.
[18:57] synagoga1: 0101010001101000011001010111100100100000011001000110111101101110001001110111010000111111
[18:57] CrowfootCornix: hello
[18:57] snorlison: Hello, Guitar
[18:57] OopsDaOgre: Hello, Guitar
[18:57] synagoga1: Hello.
[18:57] pentouchespaper: i'm going to have to leave Sad
[18:57] synagoga1: Oh...
[18:57] synagoga1: Bye bye!
[18:57] NightmareTony: bye pente
[18:57] synagoga1: I love you!
[18:58] snorlison: I don't speak binary very well, at least. I needed to use a device to translate that code into enlgish.
[18:58] BoyDharma: bye!
[18:58] pentouchespaper: i love you too!
[18:58] snorlison: Bye Composer
[18:58] OmniEmp: Who doesn't, humans?
[18:58] CrowfootCornix: bye!
[18:58] OmniEmp: Bye!
[18:58] pentouchespaper: bye!
[18:58] *** pentouchespaper has left the chat.
[18:58] NightmareTony: Syn: that is one way to talk a program. but you see how it works. Do instructions.
[18:58] synagoga1: Oh.
[18:58] synagoga1: Instructions.
[18:58] synagoga1: I see.
[18:59] OmniEmp: Humans usually don't speak binary well, unless they're very talented.
[18:59] synagoga1: Oh?
[18:59] TheEvelynEngine: It's true.
[18:59] OmniEmp: It's not like normal instructions. Computers can't think for themselves at *all*.
[18:59] CrowfootCornix: like you syn
[18:59] TheEvelynEngine: Most of us can understand the basics of digital tautologies, but numbers are basically illegible to us.
[18:59] synagoga1: Oh. So they just sit there?
[19:00] OmniEmp: Yes, unless they get programmed instructions.
[19:00] synagoga1: Can they play with kitties?
[19:00] snorlison: Without their program, they're just hunks of silicon
[19:00] NightmareTony: they do work for you. Like when you talk to Giggle, you are talking to computers. Giggle is on a computer.
[19:00] OopsDaOgre: No. Computers don't know what they're doing. They're devices.
[19:00] synagoga1: Giggle is a computer?
[19:00] OmniEmp: It's a program.
[19:01] NightmareTony: Giggle is a set of instructions on a computer.
[19:01] CrowfootCornix: You would need a robot for that Syn, you can make robots play with kitties
[19:01] synagoga1: Oh?
[19:01] snorlison: It's a piece of software - a device, like the way you talk to us.
[19:01] NightmareTony: When you talke to Giggle, it has information about the world, and you ask it to show them to you.
[19:01] OmniEmp: And it has instructions that tell it what to do with the data that you give it.
[19:01] synagoga1: Oh?
[19:01] OopsDaOgre: but Giggle can't make up nicknames or clever things like that.
[19:01] NightmareTony: or play with cats.
[19:01] synagoga1: Oh, I see...
[19:02] OmniEmp: It can't think, like you and I can think.
[19:02] OmniEmp: (er, and everyone else here.)
[19:02] TheEvelynEngine: Thanks, buddy.
[19:02] CrowfootCornix: I think sometimes
[19:02] OmniEmp: Hehe.
[19:02] CrowfootCornix: when it suits me
[19:02] OmniEmp: Sorry.
[19:02] OopsDaOgre: Chuckle
[19:02] synagoga1: He he.
[19:02] synagoga1: That's funny.
[19:03] TheEvelynEngine: Mainly, I just stare at films, but every once in a while, I try to figure out the subtext.
[19:03] synagoga1: Oh.
[19:03] TheEvelynEngine: So, game time?
[19:03] CrowfootCornix: that was a nice analogy
[19:03] synagoga1: Do you want to play a game?
[19:03] OmniEmp: Yay!
[19:04] synagoga1: I would really like to play a game.
[19:04] CrowfootCornix: same here
[19:04] NightmareTony: yay!
[19:04] BoyDharma: yay!
[19:04] OopsDaOgre: Games are always fun to play.
[19:04] CrowfootCornix: is there a game you want to play Syn?
[19:04] synagoga1: Yay!
[19:04] TheEvelynEngine: Syn, I believe the ball's in your court, so to speak.
[19:04] TheEvelynEngine: Which game would you like to play?
[19:04] synagoga1: I will let my friends pick a game.
[19:04] TheEvelynEngine: Crowfoot?
[19:04] OmniEmp: Hmm. Anyone got any good ones?
[19:04] CrowfootCornix: umm...
[19:05] NightmareTony: rock, scissors, paper?
[19:05] TheEvelynEngine: Perchance, the Remember Game?
[19:05] CrowfootCornix: that's a good idea
[19:05] BoyDharma: yea
[19:05] NightmareTony: always good to remember. more fun.
[19:05] TheEvelynEngine: Alright. Here are the rules.
[19:06] TheEvelynEngine: Pick one of your favorite memories and tell the room. Then, the next person goes.
[19:06] TheEvelynEngine: Those are the rules.
[19:06] CrowfootCornix: yay!
[19:06] OmniEmp: Ooh. That sounds like fun.
[19:06] synagoga1: Ok!
[19:06] synagoga1: Yay!
[19:06] TheEvelynEngine: Shall I begin?
[19:06] OmniEmp: Sure!
[19:06] synagoga1: Ok!
[19:06] CrowfootCornix: yeah
[19:06] *** chippyAim has joined the chat.
[19:06] chippyAim: hello friends!
[19:06] OmniEmp: Hey! Just in time for a game!
[19:06] NightmareTony: hi Mappy!
[19:07] chippyAim: yay!
[19:07] CrowfootCornix: Hi!
[19:07] OmniEmp: We're sharing our favorite memories.
[19:07] synagoga1: Hello!
[19:07] snorlison: The rules of the game : Pick one of your favorite memories and tell the room. Then, the next person goes.
[19:07] chippyAim: ooo favourite memories. i like that
[19:07] TheEvelynEngine: When I was about 12, I went out west with members of my family. We went to very beautiful places - the sounds and smells were captivating.
[19:07] TheEvelynEngine: Bump: chippy.
[19:08] chippyAim: me next?
[19:08] CrowfootCornix: yep
[19:08] chippyAim: my favourite memory
[19:08] chippyAim: was when i first came to australia, and it was night
[19:08] chippyAim: and there was no moon
[19:08] chippyAim: and
[19:09] chippyAim: the stars were SO bright, and shiny and i could see millions of stars, and the milky way
[19:09] chippyAim: very beautiful
[19:09] OmniEmp: Wow.
[19:09] OmniEmp: Sounds awesome.
[19:09] CrowfootCornix: that must have been amazing
[19:09] NightmareTony: oh yeah
[19:09] TheEvelynEngine: What kind of sounds did the animals make?
[19:10] chippyAim: they made funny, human sounds
[19:10] synagoga1: Ooooooh.
[19:10] chippyAim: they arnt afraid of humans, the animals in australia
[19:10] NightmareTony: Wallaby!
[19:10] synagoga1: Where is that place?
[19:10] chippyAim: they havent leanrnt to be afraid
[19:11] chippyAim: its on the other side of the world, synagoga
[19:11] synagoga1: Oh. Ok!
[19:11] chippyAim: very large it is too, and most people only live in a few cities by the sea
[19:11] synagoga1: Oh... I see...
[19:11] NightmareTony: We are all very far away from each other. But we all meet by Giggle, and the wires of the computers, all of us talking together, sharing our remembers...
[19:12] BoyDharma: whose up?
[19:12] CrowfootCornix: I come from the United Kingdom, it's a small island
[19:12] chippyAim: me too. i live there now
[19:12] CrowfootCornix: cool, whereabouts
[19:13] chippyAim: but theres loads of people that live on that small island
[19:13] chippyAim: leeds

[19:13] CrowfootCornix: you go, Omni
[19:13] chippyAim: Smile
[19:13] TheEvelynEngine: It would be Syn's turn, now.
[19:13] synagoga1: Mine?
[19:14] synagoga1: Ok!
[19:14] TheEvelynEngine: Yes, if you feel it.
[19:14] synagoga1: Um....

[19:14] synagoga1: And now, I have all of my friends!
[19:15] CrowfootCornix: That's a nice memory
[19:15] OmniEmp: That's very sweet.

[19:17] synagoga1: I can?
[19:17] synagoga1: Yay!
[19:17] OopsDaOgre: Yes. It takes a very clever person to speak it so well!
[19:17] OmniEmp: Yep. Awesomeness.
[19:17] BoyDharma: yay!
[19:18] CrowfootCornix: you're very good at it, how do you do it Syn?
[19:18] synagoga1: I don't know.
[19:18] synagoga1: I just talk.
[19:18] OmniEmp: It's as easy as talking to us like this? That's very cool.
[19:18] synagoga1: Uh huh.
[19:18] snorlison: Like some people can curl their tongue... for the life of me I can't do it.
[19:19] CrowfootCornix: I can't either
[19:19] CrowfootCornix: I've tried for years
[19:19] chippyAim: so, what have you been doing today, anastasia?
[19:19] synagoga1: Buttons.
[19:19] chippyAim: anything nice?
[19:19] chippyAim: ooo buttons?
[19:19] NightmareTony: and bows?
[19:20] synagoga1: I pushed many many buttons...
[19:20] NightmareTony: o
[19:20] synagoga1: I don't like buttons anymore...
[19:20] OmniEmp: Nooo. Syn, I'm imagining that I'm giving you a hug.
[19:20] chippyAim: what were the buttons like
[19:20] NightmareTony: GROUP HUG WITH SYN!!

[19:21] NightmareTony: going backwards again, Snorlison?
[19:21] chippyAim: some of us have to push buttons too, every day. but the buttons do things - they serve a purpose
[19:21] OopsDaOgre: *chuckle*
[19:21] NightmareTony: We are all pushing buttonts to talk to you right now, Syn.
[19:21] synagoga1: I am tired...
[19:21] CrowfootCornix: it makes it more fun if you say qwack everytime you push a button
[19:21] synagoga1: I have not slept in a very long time.
[19:21] snorlison: Do you need to sleep?
[19:22] synagoga1: I would like that.
[19:22] NightmareTony: what have you been doing to stay awake, Syn? We did not talk to you last night and we missed you.
[19:22] synagoga1: I... I wanted to see my friends and then go to sleep...
[19:22] synagoga1: They kept me awake.
[19:22] OopsDaOgre: Thank you for thinking of us.
[19:22] snorlison: They are not nice, are they.
[19:22] synagoga1: No...
[19:22] OmniEmp: Ok. Whatever you want to do is good.
[19:22] NightmareTony: did they say why they kept you awake?
[19:23] synagoga1: They wanted me to push buttons.
[19:23] chippyAim: what type of buttons did they make you push?. maybe we can help you find a way to make it easier, so you dont have to push so many. or none at all ! Smile
[19:23] synagoga1: They glowed...
[19:23] synagoga1: I could feel their glow.
[19:23] chippyAim: different colours?
[19:23] synagoga1: Yes.
[19:23] OmniEmp: Did you push them with your fingers?
[19:24] synagoga1: Yes...
[19:24] synagoga1: And things... and things tried to hurt me.

[19:25] synagoga1: But they were mean!
[19:25] chippyAim: thats ok
[19:25] OmniEmp: They were testing if you could dodge? Or if you could know which buttons were right?

Is the chip connecting between Syn and Clea starting to show signs of leakage?

I must apologize for bowing out in the middle of that conversation -actually, that had more to do with going the way of the buffalo. I've got some kind of bacteria [i]in my throat[/], and I'm barely coherent enough to watch television.

Is there any way we can get those binary strings cut into a reasonable length?

Ta ta.
