lamda gamma xi stigma alpha

english equivalent letters

couldn't 3.html be BlackWhite's nickname? as the letters are obviously in black and white (alternating)

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I get the letter 'S' from (anti-clockwise from top left):
Sneaker
Slippers
Sandle
Snakeskin (?)
Stillettos
correct me if I'm wrong

Way out I know....but if the security codes refer to "Guard" and then you read the letters above backwards....
SF
R
A
Arfs.....GuardDog?....
(Okay now I'm getting silly)
But I don't think you're just looking for nicknames here....why cross out the "dinner" and replace it with "If You" on 8?
Has to be relevant somehow....

I think no. 1 refers more to drinking, as both the cat and girl are drinking and that guy looks like a boozer ( maybe a drunken fisherman ) Also I believe the wav named larvadad.wav says something like "You want wine, of course you want.."
Also about the cat being a fisherman, they couldīve put a regular cat as opposed to one drinking... just a thought..
Anyways, I can't find a nickname related to drinking or booze....

For #2, if you take the full names
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Argon
Magnesium
Ryberg
the only letter they have in common is G.
It is possible we aren't just dealing with initial letters here.

Quick note -- for Puzzle 3 (BlackWhite's puzzle):
Any word that ends in phobia can also end in phile.
PHILE (file?) may be easier to work into a puzzle.

I just noticed that on puzzle 3
the phobias seem to be listed in alphabetical order
with Ereutho as Blushing not red; not sure about Y and Z
Could this be another clue?

Building off of step's idea:
The only letter not represented in that list is the letter U.
Y and Z have placeholders, at least, but U is skipped entirely.
I think U is our answer here.

By the by, I don't know if this will be relevant to puzzle 1, but it pertains to the larvadad.wav, which comes from the computer game Return to Zork, where in order to progress to the next puzzle area, you had to out drink a drunkard that was sitting on top of a cellar door.
Edit: in the laradad.wav (I actually had to look at a game guide for this) he's actually saying "Want some rye? Course you do."
