Looking for small team for new ARG

I have sent this email out to several people, but I realize many of them first expressed interest in joining a team in 2004, so I'm trying to get some more responses, so I can be more selective about who gets in the team. This of course makes it better for everyone who makes it on the team. The email explains everything, so I am just going to paste it here. Please respond as if you had received the original email to my email address which is jswidler (at) gmail (dot) com. You may also post responses here, but remember to include contact information. I hope to have around 5 people, maybe a few more. I also hope to have team fully formed within the next two weeks.

You are receiving this email because of your post in the following thread:

According to all of your posts, you are interested in working on a
grassroots ARG. I am not the orginator of that thread, but I realize
- as you probably do to, that many of these efforts become vaporware.
Well, I do not want to manage a project that never sees the light of
day! I alone have about all the skills needed to create an ARG, but I
am looking for at least four other people that are willing to devote
their time and energy into creating something that is truely great.
For one reason or another, your post lead me to believe you might be a
good cannidate for such a project.

Let me first start off by saying what will be required of you, should
you choose to join the project.
1) You must be a skilled computer user. You don't need to be a super
programmer, or graphics artist, or web monkey, but you better consider
yourself an advanced computer user. If you don't there is no reason
to even respond to this email. We need complimentary talents, so I
don't expect everyone to be an expert at everything.
2) You must be able to RP believably, without breaking character.
3) You must have a single skill that is needed to create a ARG that
you consider yourself talented in. The skill does not need to be
computer based, but you must be able to implement that skill on a
computer. For example, if you think you can create some great
puzzles, you must be able to demonstrate how that puzzle plays out on
a computer interface. If your only skill is your writting, you'd
better be the next Douglas Adams (the world needs another anyway).

I am doing interviews for this project, either over IRC, AIM, or
phone. I want to make sure that everyone who gets on the team is not
let down by us being unable to complete the project. We will discuss
what you have to offer the team, maybe do a bit of RP, and I may ask
for samples of your work. But there is no need to be "prepared" for
this interview.

Now let me tell you what I can bring to this project, and why you
should want to work on it with me.
A little about myself: I have 3 years of professional coding
experience at a place called Lecia-Geosystems. I worked on their
ERDAS software - the best GIS software in the industry. No joke - in
a magazine that rates that sort of stuff, they took 20 off the shelf
products and 20 customizable products and rated them. We came in 1 of
40, and we are off the shelf. Course the package would run you
between $20,000 - $45,000. I don't work there anymore. I have taken
on several freelance projects by myself or with one other friend, so I
am experienced at working with a small team starting with a blank
slate to complete a project. Although I am best at C/C++, I can also
do Perl, Python, HTML and Java - which could be useful in a project
like this. I love to RP, I feel I am a creative individual, good at
problem solving. I have several good puzzle ideas. I'm not too hot
with designing graphics, but as a coder I generally have other people
do my art for me and can make things look pretty good. I now work as
a help desk employee for Wireless Generation (www.wgen.net), which
gives me lots of time to surf the web and do whatever I want. I just
have to answer the phone 7 times a day. I'm willing to contribute
money for web hosting once the bulk of the work is done.

I have an idea for an ARG that I think you will all really like, but
once we have a team, I first want to get everyone together and have an
open discussion on it. I'm not gonna force my idea upon anyone, but I
do have a good place to start from if no one else volunteers any
ideas. I'm expecting creative people here, so if you get on the team,
you probably have ideas of your own that might be better than my super
cool idea.

So, if you are interested... and I mean seriously interested, send me
an email with some information about yourself, and some times that you
are able to both communicate with us. I need to know times that you
are available for an interview, as well as time you can use to
communicate with the rest of the team when we have a crew picked out,
and I'd like to know about how much time you can devote to this a
week. There is no right answer, just be honest. You probably won't
be paid, and aren't expect to work long hours. If we can turn a
profit on this thing, we will split the money according to how much
you contributed.

Sincerely,
Jesse Swidler
Atlanta, GA in case you are interested.

There you go. Good luck to everyone that contacts me asking for a position.
