Sente anagram I spent most of my math class today anagramming Sente, Marchant and Sente Marchant. You guys might want to try this, too. Perhaps we'll learn something about his/her character. Do we even know that Sente is a guy? If we do, I missed that part.
Is Sente tense that the cube might not be returned?
Is he or she in his/her teens?
This could be a waste of time, but it could lead us somewhere... and anagramming Marchant or Sente Marchant is going to take a LONG time.

I've always had Sente down as a Morpheus type character...

Maybe I'm stuck on story cliche's, but I kinda get the feeling he's gonna betray us or something. Or like, we shouldn't really give him the cube for one reason or another. We'll see.

Yeah, for some reason I keep on thinking Sente is a woman.

I'd go for a morpheus stylee character too tbh...
severely doubt they are female and in their teens and doubt even more that sente and s marchant are the same person

so if his name is Sente Marchant would that be like
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Go Shopping?
lol sorry couldnt ressist
either way, when we know more about him/her/it lol, we can make more assumptions. Atm he seems to be very secretive:
a) he does not wish to reveal to the thief too much.
b) he wants the bloody thing for himself.
personally, maybe im just suspicious by nature, but i do no completely trust him/her, and i will not, until we see some more of the unfolding story.
spec:
judging from the logs, i think we will find miss lyssa ling to become somewhat important in the coming months.
and going full circle:

I spent two seconds clicking a button on an anagram application
Here's results...
Usable words:
Nee
Net
See
Set
Tee
Ten
Nest
Nets
Seen
Sent
Teen
Tees
Tens
Teens
Tense
Teens and Tense are the only ones that use all letters. Does this mean that older players won't get tense?

I don't think we'll get much from anagramming his name. What I take from Sente is that it's a Dutch/German name which can linked to the Latin sancta, which means Saint. That sounds like it could make sense to me.

Well, I'd also link 'Sente' to 'scientia' (latin), but thta's just me.
And I insist on the gender (woman)...maybe it's just all the talk about shoes and such that mis-leads me, but the handwriting seems also distinctive feminine.

Cynicism is not, it must by said, an altogether admirable trait.
Taken from the letter on perplexedcity.com i think we can be pretty certain that is is not a teenager.
Also, did we ever decide who this letter was written for?

Perhaps S. Marchant knows how to "charm ants"? Or is he the "starch man"? Or maybe he's just a "ranch mast"?
