[SOLVED]Music Puzzle

There is a new puzzle I suspect is going to be a tough cookie to crack. Lets keep our posts on the topic in here.

The music puzzle can be found here:
http://citizens.aresstation.com/?q=node/35

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
It might be worth noting Beth Applegate, as I'm sure her name is, is the same person who put "test begins: 63 turns doomed moon" into a carving on the wall. You can read that as test begins: March 20th, if you weren't paying attention on the other thread

music message solution

Beth's hidden music message:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Taking a rest/pause to be 0, and a note being played to be 1, the song can be written out in binary. Voice 1 is the first character, voice 2 is the second character and so on.

For the first beat (there are 4 beats per bar) voice 1 is paused, voices 2, 3 and 4 are played and voice 5 is paused giving 01110. For the second beat voices 1 and 2 are paused, and voices 3, 4 and 5 are playing giving 00111.

The first bar of music is then 01110 00111 11100 11101.

The whole song is:
01110 00111 11100 11101 00110 01110 00011 11011 11101 10010 00111 00100 11110 10010 11101 10011 00000 01011 01010 01000 01101 00110 11101 10011 01110 11101 10011 00111 00000 10011 11101 10011 00111 01000 01101 00110 11011 11101 10110 00111 11000 11101 00011 01110 00100 10010 01101 11110 10011 11101 10010 01110 01100 00100 01110 01101 00100 11101 10010 10011 01110 01111 11101 00111 00100 10001 11111 11101 10010 10011 01110 01111 11101 10100 10010 11011

Convert these binary numbers to decimal:
14 7 28 29 6 14 3 27 29 18 7 4 30 18 29 19 0 11 10 8 13 6 29 19 14 29 19 7 0 19 29 19 7 8 13 6 27 29 22 7 24 29 3 14 4 18 13 30 19 29 18 14 12 4 14 13 4 29 18 19 14 15 29 7 4 17 31 29 18 19 14 15 29 20 18 27

Convert these to alphabet characters using A=0, B=1...
OH]^GOD\^SHE_S^TALKING^TO^THAT^THING\^WHY^DOESN_T^SOMEONE^STOP^HER`^STOP^US\

The strange punctuation is from the ascii converter I was using.

Oh, God! She's talking to that thing! Why doesn't someone stop her? Stop us!
