I don't know... after that E-mail I can't really imagine Lucas to be a member of "die Soldaten" - if the mail is from Lucas. I'm not sure...

"The chosen three" - who is this? Do we know this already? (I'm sorry, I wasn't really online the last days, so maybe I just forgot something...)

I guess he means three persons - so three persons and three elements?!
And she [= Gertrude?] want us to tell the three elements (On this Site...?)

okay, so I think we have to find out who the choosen three are - and what the elements are, of course.

and i think it it is really lucas. lucas should be one of the soldaten. maybe a timetraveler or somebody whoms mind is controled...don´t know.

I would guess that the chosen three are the three who received the emails with the "elements".

I think they're the same three that had their addresses listed on the site as well (is that correct?).

 		Okay, here's a thought. The message refers to "my mother's body" and we know Hope dies in the film. Perhaps the message is from Hope's child?

And though I'm loathe to give credibility to a suspected troll, what if Jordan is Hope's son?

 		i reckon its marthas body, seeing as, as far as we know, she was the last one killed. also the fact that in her email she refered to us all as her children (and therefore she would be our 'mother') - perhaps she called everyone who has tried / is trying to help her, her children. and so it could be either her son or some one who was trying to help her. maybe. oh i dont know. lol

 		As we've seen, one of the three elements is time travel, so it is possible these messages are meant to be from Hope's son in the future.

"I don't know how long I have before I go back" - go back could refer to going back to the future. Whether Jordan owns a DeLorean is anyone's guess...

The binary on the site originally included email addresses of the "chosen 3", but now just says "MISSING" in those spots. (I think that's where they were, but that was before my time. Heh. And over in the Perplex City ARG we currently have a chosen 333 who will be receiving mystery parcels. That number seems to be pretty popular right now.)

Hi, i posted this under another topic re: Martha's last letter, but i didnt know if it was still active or not, so i am reposting it here...hope no one gets angry Embarassed


Ok, after reading everything - im joining in too, Its my first time arging as well, so bear with me ( i will have to register).

These are the themes i get when i read over the letter:

1. Children - her problem is her children's problem also (her children, or children in general...im not sure)

2. Dreams - she says that we only stop them in our wildest dreams or something to that effect (do these experiments have something to do with manipulating dreams, or sleep. Some psychics see the things they see in their dreams...if it has to do with psychic ability, it takes us back to the montauk project etc)

3. She doesnt want to die, but she will be with Hope. But hope is dead - so she will die - Which takes me back to the first paragraph about her problem being her children's problem - if her children are dead, and they were targeted by "them" before she was, wouldnt her childrens problems become her problems, rather than her problems becoming her childrens problems? Do you get what i mean, or is this just semantics? Is this all about her/happening because of her, rather than it being an ongoing government conspiracy? If she thinks/thought so, is this all just in her head??? Do you get what i mean???? ---I hope thats useful and not just semantics...

I think the 2nd and 3rd thing is a clue, but i have no ideas as to what its alluding to.

Actually, another thing about the letter that bothers me is, why is she the first? Her daughter died before she did and its been hinted that this has been an ongoing conspiracy - so she isnt the fist one they captured, experimented on or killed ...so what is she the first of???

I think it has been hinted at that she was not the first to find out about the government projects (but i may be wrong...)

If we work that out, maybe then we can figure out the 2nd and third and no one last....

 		First you should read up on the government projects that stem from the philadelphia experiment, there are a few links to the info in this forum.

children= most of the recent experiments, especialy mind control, were performed on children between the ages of 12-16. Many of these kids were unwilling participants taken off the street and never seen again scince they didn't survive.

1st, 2nd, 3rd= the three elements of the unholy trinity, mabey more. Three of us were chosen to recieve the 3 elements. Having these elements posted for gertrude to hear is the key to her helping us.

Her children's problem became her problem because she investigated what was going on, why her hope shot herself. She found out something she wasn't supposed to, she enlisted all who contacted her to help her making her problem our problem. She considers all of us as her children so again, her children's problem becomes her problem.
