I don't think anyone ever actually solved this... I think the bolded letters are supposed to say:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
"I can get anywhere. No one is safe. My oerlord (overlord?) will rise."

I must warn you now, please DO NOT access the excavation site in any circumstances, and all documents relating the site should be brought be me IMMEDIATELY [where he can keep them safe...]. I am hereby shutting down the site for the time being, allowing us time to sort the situation out. Please, I urge you, do not discuss the occurrances with anyone - everything is under control. If you have any worries please do not hesitate to contact me. [Will you? Really it will help no one. Just lie down and suffer like the rest].

I think the binary has been cleared up, as it now says:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I know you are helping. My clues will make you suffer.

It said that last night when I tried it, so I think whoever did it first must have put the binary together wrong.

Also I think Siverthistle probably just used a simple substituion of likely words/letters to solve the 8 qj 5y3 tq53jqw534 anagram.

Doh!
Just had a reply from the tombteam website.
Thank you very much for showing an interest in TheTombTeam. I'm afraid
due to recent incidents we have temporarily suspended any deals with
new clients. I am sorry if this disappoints you, but it is protocol.
TheTombTeam is generally considered as one of the best archealogical
teams money can purchase, and we therefore hope your interests in our
services are not dampened.
If you would like any further information, please to not hesitate to
get into contact.
Your faithfully,
Mr Edward Rivala

Was that email to tombteam[at]gmail.com or edward.rivala?
Googling for Forrow, Dete and Ideope Museums turned up nothing, but I have a feeling they are all names for the devil. I did find this as the only site for ideope... certainly is bizarre but probably not linked. It is all in code, and there's a lot of it to decode.
Has anyone mentioned that there is no 'legal' on the tombteam site?
Anyway...
Update:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The Police
Hey guys, it's me again. I really have to type fast - I have to suspend some of the company's financial accounts as we're worried about security. Listen, somebody called the police today, we don't know who. It could be someone from inside the company or outside. Anyway, they arrived and questioned us all, but I don't think they got much. Their main work is dealing around the excavation site and the homes of the missing men. I overheard an investigator talking to Mr. Rivala (yes, I was snooping), and he said that neither men are in their apartments, and the car they used to travel from work in was found about half way between the excavation site and their homes, and it had been set alight. I'm now officially very scared. Therefore I have not yet had time to check up on the museum like I said I would. The crazy stuff on the member page scared the hell out of me, and I now know the extent of our security breach. However, it gets worse… I had another E-mail today…
"Good morning, Mr. Dodge. It appears I have once again reached a nookin your defenses. Maybe you should contact your IT technician and tell him to get his act together or I'll continue to taunt his pathetic system. Meanwhile I am quite happy to taunt you.
Soon your lives will fade
I have contacted Him
No man will not be laid
To rest aside his kin.

This time it was, well, from thetombteamSPLAT gmail.com. That's our company's main E-mail address. How could anyone get into THAT? Well, do your stuff guys, more soon.

All I can notice from this code is:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
666 1687A2 075626C6B6 1206E7A6 1706F7 520796
C6 8206162766968207661206C6E6 1207A7A746C6 600
Anyone know any codes including these formats? I've tried colors.. ascii maybe?

Doesn't rot, maybe cipher, but we'd have to know the key... anagram will take ages, but it's possible. Keyboard shift sprang to mind, but i'm fairly sure it doesn't, as "ylh" would have to translate to something, and both y and l have numbers or punctuation next to them.
