"Thank you for writing to us at the Perplex City Sentinel" (news)

"Thank you for your email" (sente)

"Thank you for writing a letter to the editor" (letters)

Difficult to work out where the sente adaptation / real sentinel formatting comes in with replies like this. Our EMAILS are obviously coming through in written format to the sentinel and to sente. So it seems that this key works like writing a letter rather than "Thank you for recording your letter to the editor" etc

Just for the record

so just for the record no-body any-one knows has gotten an un-automated reply from a contact email off the sentinel.

is there any reason to think that at this point they're willing to reply to whatever we write?

a single reply would say yes. none would make me wonder.

Edit-Oh and in the Us I always spell it "apologize" Hmm... Is it possible that some of the Pms are American? Maybe we won't be so left out over here!!!

I'm a born and bred Brit and I spell it "apologize".... maybe I'm the PM Wink hehe

Or maybe the PM just uses Microsoft, like the other 98% of the population, and hasn't worked out how to permanently change their language settings away from "English(US)"?! I know I haven't ... sorry, enough about Billy Boy!! Back to the task at hand! Confused
