errantmemory.com Is this new? Has anyone seen this on any ARG forums? I couldn't find it on ARGN.com or here (though feel free to trout if my search was just not done well enough.)
I was alerted to it though this thread here: http://www.bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?postID=1689385&viewreplies=true&postRepeater1-p=1 on bungie.net.
Thanks

Uh-oh. I understand there's music, but I'm at work. Anyone have a Halo2 soundtrack?

Some nice things figured out already here: http://www.forum.immersionunlimited.com/viewtopic.php?t=944
Giving: www.errantmemory/memoriatechnica which then combined with the #s on the front page to find:
www.errantmemory.com/thesecretportal which leaves us with:
to book lie queue no daze been
Is immersion unlimited new to the ARG forum world or an oldie that I just haven't come across yet?

If you use the same encryption method on the phrase you get:
Code:
3 15 1 15 15 5 9 5 4 22 5 22 5 9 15 2 1 0 5
* * * * * *
- - - - - - -
*
Formatting that took more time to do than the encoding

So what, is this ordering the images listed on the flash of the homepage? Or am I missing something bigger?
EDIT: BTW, good job with the translation/interp. of the coding Foz!

If anyone's interested, a few of us have also been chatting about this trail in #errant on chat-solutions
Pretty stumped on this third one so far though...

I see a few possibilities...
1) it's a rhyme, like you don't know jack... rhyme by syllable...
things like 'to look like you know....something'
helps to read the code fast and try to see if it sounds like anything familiar
2) it has something to do with the primer, once again appearing hidden on the background (the same primer used to solve for 'thesecretportal')
but there are no numbers or symbols, so unless we have to move backwards, but there's nothing else to go by

actually, just a quick fix with the result code...
from:
Code:
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0
b d t f l s p h n z
c w j q v x m k g r
and
A,E,I,O,U = 1,5,9,15,21
gives
Code:
3 15 1 15 15 8 5 9 5 4 21 5 21 5 9 15 2 1 0 5 1 5 5 9
* * - * - * * * * *

no daze
I read this as either "Note has", "Not as", or "Notice"

Thanks for the fix, thebruce. It was done in a bit of haste, my boss doesn't like ARGs.
I was pretty close though.
I think the primer is definitely necessary for the solve, since it is on the page itself.
[EDIT] Or maybe not.

following the guidelines of the vowel syllables matching up (just the consonants changing),
you can get "to book lie queue" into "you look like you"
but "no daze been"... IF we go by the vowel sound being the same, 'no daze' != 'notice'...
I'm trying to think of something to finish off
"you look like you... no daze been"
know... daze been?
I've been trying to get all the properties or patterns of the puzzles to date... can't find any parallels... this is what I've got
http://www.errantmemory.com/memoriatechnica
http://www.errantmemory.com/thesecretportal
both answer have 15 letters
'to book lie queue no daze been' has 24
from the alphabet, the primer has 20 characters, leaving AEIOUY
removing the used letters of the first two puzzles leaves
bdfgjkquvwxyz (13 letters)
how can we arrive at (maybe) a 15 letter answer from 'do book lie...'?

oh and, this is probably behind-the-curtain, but someone found www.errantmemory.com/stats
given this exists (bad form on the PMs part you could say), and the puzzles seem to be one after the other, like a progression, I doubt it's anything enormous unless this is just a rabbithole... ie, if this is the arg, then it doesn't seem anywhere near as deep or complex as ilb or syzygy, to name a couple... more of just a puzzle solving set... so here's hoping this is just an introduction
