 		INFO: Collective Protective 'bar code'
It was suggested that the bar code on the bill from Collective Protective was postal in origin. I printed it out and took it to the post office to ask. The clerk I spoke with said that if it were one of the address codes at the bottom of an envelope, it could only be scanned by the sorting machines. And even then, they couldn't tell us if it were an address because it violates the privacy act.

Danman_D and I already hunted this out in chat, sorry for not posting it
but its a dead end.

It looked exactly like a PostNet barcode to us, but it turns out that its too long.

You can google a few postnet decoders, but here's one;

It'd been d*mn cool if we got Postal this early ingame tho...
