The V in 4sVDback was probably for vigenere. The announcement about a "feedback loop" seems like it's a self-generating key. So I opened a vigenere deciphering applet, and started with just 'a' for the key, used what the first letter decrypted to and added it to the key, saw what the 2nd letter decrypted to and added it to the key...

and I got this from the one message by healdarwinism:

 		here's the latest post by restoralfrieze. I'm pretty sure someone aready decoded this but here's the text.

At this point I'm inclined not to try and follow them. If anything it looks as if hes walking right into a trap. Taking the girl to them might be the best thing hes done. At least this saves us the risk of doing it ourselves. Josh is no longer a member of this society.
