 		I suspect the fact that NoMan won is the most significant bit of the whole thing - I wonder if he will be able to post on the Citizens board after this?

is NoMan the same person as Ohmega?

 		I think NoMan is definitely an in-game character - quite who (or what) is debateable. The email address for Ohmega was originally found hidden in NoMan's avatar - so I suspect they are one and the same.

I guess NoMan didn't have an Ares Station ID - so was disqualified.
