In the attachment for "News clipping file for 11/15/04 to 12/15/04", some text is visible showing through from the other side of the page. I think this might be relevant, so I've flipped and enhanced it. What I can see (speculation in {curlies})...

This looks like it repeats itself, which makes me think it may just be filler. However, it may be duplicated so as to make it possible to recreate the article, which implies relevance. So, I posted it here as fodder for you, being unfamiliar with everything that's happened so far myself.
