LostChild told me that he applied to get in and that you did, too. Did either of you get in? I was going to apply, but I figured I'd wait till you guys heard back, that way if you didn't get in, I could try a different reason than what you said and see if it works.

They say you will receive a positive or negative reply within 24 hours. We both applied and neither of us got ANY reply whatsoever.

Dunno what's going on.

It says that if you're accepted you'll hear back from them within 24 hours, so I guess you guys didn't get in. Sad

I tried myself just about an hour ago. Since LostChild talked about wanting to find the truth, I decided to talk about Metroid. I figured that since the "Luminoth Temple" is obviously about Metroid, I'd try that.

"I believe I should be a member of the Luminoth Temple becuase the Metroid series is one of the best video game series ever, and I want to learn everything I can about it. Also, Metroid Prime 2: Echoes is one of my favorite games."

That's what I put. I hope it works! ::crosses fingers::

I joined saying that I was seeking the truth, that I was good at solving riddles, and that Metroid Prime 2 was awesome. And that I could contribute to the community, as I'm well versed in Nintendo stuff.

Of course, that was yesterday, and I've received no reply.

Hmmm....I think I may have just found something interesting.

I used the email adress on YX's blog on the "Lost Password" option on the Luminoth Temple, and it accepted it. But just to make sure he was a member, I also used the email adress that I tried to sign up with, and it accepted it! I checked my email and, lo and behold, there was an email from luminothtempleSPLATnintendo.com with the information that I had tried to sign up with. I went back to the Luminoth Temple and tried to log in, but it didn't take it. So I tried the password retreaval with an email adress of mine that I didn't use there, and it didn't take that.

What does this mean? Think Nintendo is just sitting on the applications for the Luminoth Temple and not admiting anyone yet? Maybe everyone is accepted, but they are just not activating the accounts yet. Who knows?

i didn't try his email, but i had tried my own with the same results. i honestly have no idea what's going on.
