UPDATE: Aglaura Library Local Artists

We see:

1) The tree painting by SW again (owned by Phyllis)

2) SW Figurine owned by Wes Keeler.... presume that is his bookshelf.... figure reminds me of the swf file we saw at shc.com prior to the game of hooded figure walking on water in the rain.... also is that foxglove growing at his feet?

Konamouse found likely suspect for the book title "and Mystical Sites" seen on shelf. See: http://phanes.com/magmys.html

3) Another painting by SW owned by Phyllis

4) Color Tree Photo by Ted Delabor

5) "Hand of Time" photo by Malika Still.... note this picture was seen in one of the trailers.... also could she be related to Dr. James Still?(you can find part of his story on the 'our history' page at GWMC)

6) Tatoo Drawing by local HS Student Jonny Ware

Coloured trees

The strangely coloured trees in the photograph are reminiscent of the coloured trees in the photos on the AGP cemetery site...could this tie in in some way with the labelled trees on the Easter Egg Hunt map? (And the obvious general tree theme to Sarah's art, Dale's slider puzzle etc.)

Is anyone tree-literate able to tell which types of trees are coloured strangely in the AGP photos to see if it's oak, ash etc?

If anyone wants a good look at the actual jacket on the 1977 edition of "Magical and Mystical Sites":

http://www.cafes.net/ditch/F77.htm

Sort of resembles SW's painting of the tree with the red swirly behind it.

Pepper, Elizabeth and Wilcock, John, MAGICAL AND MYSTICAL SITES: EUROPE AND THE BRITISH ISLES, 1, 1977, Harper and Row, HB. Here's a tour guide for the more esoterically inclined. The short chapters do a nice job of summarizing the folklore and magical beliefs associated with many of the historical sites. Pepper and Wilcock were the authors of the WITCHES ALMANAC, which thrived throughout most of the 70's.

That's the proper font from the book on Wes' shelf!!
Cool find, cem!!
