That doesn't look like any bounce back I've ever seen.
I'd say try mailing to a postmaster@ address like it asks.

The reason I think this is because if it this is a legit "bounce back", what could a network administrator really do besides tell you that the message is un-deliverable? It's not like they can force the message to be received.

Now, if their network is not setup correctly, you may just be helping them to troubleshoot their own shortcomings. But typically I would think a legit business wouldn't want to convey that so that leads me back to square one.

Researching, I decided to see if "Postfix" was even a mailer. It is: http://www.postfix.org/
Not able to tell if that message is the message template it uses when encountering a problem with email. Unfortunately, IMO, the more it checks out, the less likely it is to be significant.

audicarfan.com is just another site hosted on the same server with VKOC, but because of the way it's configured gets returned as the main site.

Because the entire site is password protected, we know we shouldn't be there. Notice how it says "Login Please"? The PM's used the same thing when they restricted us from an area they didn't want us to see before (the LRR mailboxes).

So it's off limits.. at least for now..

Nice find though. Definetly the sort of thing to keep an eye open for.
