Actually, these days, if you have some sort of professional painting done of yourself, usually the way a professional would do it to haveyou sit fFor several photos, taken in a variety of lighting and fFrom a couple angles so the artist gets a good sense of your fFace. Maybe a fFew detail photos would be taken of specific areas of the fFace, like the eyes, or a certain mole or something. Then they work fFrom there with just the photos. Not always the case of course, but generally the most efficient means.

Also notice, the paintings we have seen so fFar are basically pretty simple. Noone spent hours belabouring Scarlett's nose or something. Smile So you probably wouldn't sit around too long.

Hee hee, she mentioned my guitar-ing exploits.

...I think. It won't let me read the numbers on the registration page, so I can't actually read the article. Oh, well.

EDIT: Finally. Yeah, it was me. Ego trip ++. I would've run faster if I'd known they were worried about their careers Shocked

I've seen nothing concrete yet, but the overall attitude, especially the silly blog, which although adds some spice isn't realistic IMHO if such a priceless artifact is missing, unless it's a diversion, doesn't fit.

OTOH, if we lost the Declaration of Independence (link to our ancestors, etc. as has been spec'd before), it would be important and newsworthy, maybe even to the level the cube disappearance is, but life wouldn't stop, and 19 year old girls wouldn't become suddenly sober and no-fun. Even during WWII our youth were still frivolous and chased the classic pursuit of the young -- perhaps even more vigorously.

Maybe Scarlett would be MORE serious if not for the missing cube! Wink
