Finally sudden thought before I sleep - material science and metallurgy <-> "metallic in appearance. indeterminable mass." - he might be rather interested in the cube?

Just wanted to defend our emailing this guy - he obviously wants publicity, that's why he has his email address on his site. I don't know anyone with a website who'd put there email on there is they objected to being emailed! I have actually mailed him back with a couple of follow up questions from my email. I said:
Brett,
Thanks! Just wondering how your ambigram got to Ms Kiteway's blog if you didn't send it directly to her, especially when she says you did! (and how you found out it was on there if you didn't know about her blog?) Good publicity though, they're fab designs!
Violet
He hasn't replied yet, but I'm going a away for the weekend, so if I get no reply then I'll assume he's either IG and rumbled or fed up of us emailing him the same questions all the time!

Also, I hope I'm not coming across as some kind of weird stalker... I soooo hope this guy is in game.
He isn't , there's no evidence to it, so just leave it alone. If you do a simple search for Ambigrams UK on Google you'll find a heck of a lot of references to his site from very out of game places. If this was just a site set up for the game, these would not exist.
Considering we've stated this before, you are probably coming across quite stalker-ish, sometimes you have to accept what others say. Please don't post any more personal details of this man on here.

Fair enough wishi-san, I am still interested in how this all came together, how he sent the emails etc etc, so I'll keep a keen eye out for Brett's reply to Violet, which I hope should confirm it one way or the other...

Uhm... has anyone else noticed that paragraphic.co.uk (where the puzzle was) now just links you to xsession.com and the old pages don't exist anymore...?

I'm confused Jeb - looks the same to me. Maybe I'm missing something? Everything seems to come up for me, including the maze...

I think I see what you're doing. I just got it too and figured out why.
Put the www in front of it (www.paragraphic.co.uk) and you should be redirected to http://www.55cards.com/paragraphic/

Nope, get forwarded to xsession.com still... Maybe he doesn't like me and my IP any more
It is odd, from plain old www.55cards.com when i click the link the paragraphic.co.uk it forwards me still to xsession... Unless he's closed it down (given his new job at play.com he doesn't need to do web design for anyone else), and you're looking at cached pages?
