When I called the number, the voice said
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Reset Reality. Message 512
Exactly like that.
I called around 11:28.
It then asked me to leave a message.

Perhaps you should leave your phone number.

For the future, anyone who doesnt want to/isn't able to make a real phone call can just use an IP relay service like www.relaycall.com
They actually type the message for you, so you can be sure you didn't hear it wrong. It does indeed say the answer.

Maybe the 0 and the 4 have to do with 2004 and the Tsunami. AACI did have connections with helping those affected... just a thought.

Well I renig on what I said. Using the RELAY CALL thing (thanks The Watcher ) it does clearly state Reset Reality. (The relay read it as We Set... but still) I guess I'm just having issues with my phone. When I call I only get the "ty" part of Reality... that's it. I thought it was saying THE Message 512. It cuts off the first half. Good thing for spoilers... I'd have never solved this puzzle.

I've stared at the pic for a while, and can't really find anything aside from the dots of significance.
Any chance there's something more to the file name? 112798 could be interpreted as November 27th, 1998. I can't find anything overly significant about that date.
Any other thoughts about that number?
When I searched the forum for references in this vein, the only other thing I saw was from agonline/Wibblewozzer, and he pointed out that AACI was founded on November 27th, 1973, making it their 25th anniversary.
And its the code for a GeiL ram chip called the Golden Dragon (noideaforausername/JOEoe18).
Anything else?
edit: Thanks for the correction, major freudian slip. I was googling both november and 11 to try and get at it both ways, and when I went to write it up, 27 got a little bit lost.

Dunno if there is any relation- but Peter Moore (Corporate vp of Worldwide Marketing and Publishing for Microsoft) did work with Sega on the Dreamcast launch (although he worked on the launch in America).
So I doubt there is a connection- just throwing it out.

I put this in another thread, but I guess it makes more sense here. The DC launched in Japan on 11/27/98.

NEW LEAD-for whoever knows about the connections between ourcolony.net and newscientist.com
on newscientist.com's search bar type in all star game 2003 read the first result. Weird huh?
Well i don't know if this has been mentioned but on the left hand side of the computer screen on the pic there is a sticker and the only word other than "I" that can be read is rusty. Type rusty into the search bar read the result read result number 4.
