[out of game] IM transcripts & audio puzzle

i found this forum that contains chat transcripts with people claiming to be part of the colony, some are supposedly fake but a few that seem like they could be real.

which contains a couple of puzzles that have not been on the main site. one of them is is an OGG file with a hidden message. as there doesn't seem to be any action on the main site i thought it might be worth some speculation/investigation

thoughts?
