TV Shows

Heh,

Brits and comedy mix very well thank you very much. I am an Aussie but I love Blackadder, Little Britian (only the first season) and Red Dwarf. But you guys just can't do really good sitcom like the yanks can eg Frasier, Seinfeld, Soap. Your sketch comedy beats yanks sketch comedy any day - Monty Python, Not the Nine O Clock News, The Fast Show.

Pity us Aussies can only do some comedy well - we're good with the social political stuff - The Late Show, Good News Week, The Glass House

Nothing you guys would see a lot of. You get our crap comedy like Hey Dad and Neigbours - oh yes - Neighbours is not meant to be funny.

Cheers All

Neighbours r0x0rs your ass. Very Happy we all watch it in halls here, twice a day quite often

We do have some good sitcoms - Coupling (series 1-3, 4 was crap when they got rid of Jeff), Drop the Dead Donkey, Spaced...

Jeb

(Noone gets the feeling we may have drifted a little in this thread... Razz)

So, IS anyone going to talk to this guy?

Although I'm not very active, I have lurked a while, so could probably give a couple of opinions to questions via email.

Alternatively, could we set up a web chat with him?

Or, if anyone is brave / local enough, it would be great to spread the word even more!

Well, I emailed him, and he hasn't replied yet, so I don't know...

Now, back to neighbours... Smile
