I would have to guess not. I really think they would have told us by now if we had to get somewhere.

Just to clarify Despite all the negativity directed towards those of us who are crazy enough to think it might be nice to get out of the house on such a lovely day, myself and sebFlyte are still going to be at Greenwich station at 2pm. If enough others are there, we will probably have a couple of people chill out in a internet cafe, with a mobile number for the others, so we can at least find out what's going on if it is only a web-based update. If no-one else turns up, we'll probaly go to a pub and get drunk. In fact, we might do that anyway.
The reason we are doing this is that we think it would be fun to meet up with any other players, and have a drink, and (maybe) be present at a real world clue.
If this sounds like fun, please join us!
One of us will be in a Led Zep t-shirt with Snakeskin boots. and the other shall be wearing a black cowboy hat.

PS We're not as scary as we sound.

Unless the message at 3pm asks us to do a runner to Greenwich

Luckily for me, my girlfriend never fails to wake me up at 3pm GMT (which is 8 AM my time, for those of you thinking I'm a lay-about), so I'll be able to catch what all this hubub is about before rushing off to class. Unluckily for me, however, its already 5am my time... which means I'm only getting 3 hours of sleep...
...fate hath delt me a cruel hand.

I have discovered that the BBC world service (radio) is airing the "World news" at 3pm BST today. I think that this is the most likely programme for the announcement to be in as it reaches the entire world. Also, on ITV1 London, the weather is on at 3pm.

I would be so impressed if they hijacked/made it onto BBC World Service, slightly less but still significantly impressed if they made it onto the weather, but by far the most impressed if there were a clue in Murder She Wrote.
For the record, my money's on looking on the web.

Well, just to make sure, I'm gonna have every piece of technology in my house tuned into news and stuff.. sky, satellite, radio, internet you name it.

I say we should delegate stations/channels to certain people, so we can all concentrate on our given medium.

If anything happens on the normal BBC channls then we can download the re-run stream of it from their site. That reminds me of the time i managed to download the sound-check version of the news..lol, still have it somewhere.
Same goes for radio i think.
You should download NetTransfer/NetTransport as it has the ability to download the streams rather than stream them...
