i just think that Kristen Rutherford and her website should still be considered in-game because there might be relevant information on the site. i'm not sayin she put it there, i'm just sayin it might be there.

i don't mean to be confrontational, but i would highly doubt anyone associated with ourcolony.net would say they were. but at the same time there hasn't been any voice acting, so that rules out here acting skills or voice work. but she may have input on the scripting, in fact her website does mention that she works for 4orty 2wo and makes strong hints towards a project that is currently going on.

it is that i would just like hard proof before it is written off as in game. the fact that the letters are so vivid and obviously photoshopped makes it hard to write off. it is similar to saying that even though the black board is there with letters, it should be written off because those letters were used in other contexts than just the game.

there was the "reset reality Message 512" message on the voice mail. that might have been voice acting. it was a female voice. when i saw Kristen's website and found out she was a voice actor, i immediatly thouhg that maybe she had done the voice mail message.

I agree that her website's address was put in the picture for a reason. It could be that the cubicle in the picture is a synonym for Kristen's involvement in ILB. We don't know.

That being said, harrassment is NOT cool. Emailing and trying to call someone you don't know and who has clearly stated she doesn't want to be bothered is NOT cool. Look at her website if you think you can find anything, but for chrissake, leave her alone.

i agree that even if her site does contain a clue, she might not know that, and therefore should not be bothered.

another reason to not write off obeygiant, etoys, and kristen's website (at least the website could be part of this and not her) is that all other commercial advertising has been eliminated. the bottle cap has been smudged and there is a black box put over the advertising at the bottom of the calander. those two changes imply that all other advertising is there for a reason. maybe something on those sites, and not the people related to the sites, is connected.

i just find it hard to write the websites off so fast.

That's not completely true. Booberry is advertising for cereal. Charlie is advertising for Starkist tuna. The Boxing Monkey is advertising for whatever comapny that was. Michelin Man...

The calender is even advertising for the White Sox.

so, yeah, i agree that actually contacting the people is not a cool idea and i haven't even tried because that is harrassment. but just checking the website is not wrong. in fact, i still believe that those listed websites have to be linked in some way. but at the same time it is obviously a dell machine and i doubt dell has too much to do with the game, or intel. but again, those are not very clear images (we have all just seen them so much that it is easy to recognize) and the dell image is cut off.

that is also true, but except for the baseball references, there is no text involved just recognizable symbology. it appears, to me, that this is intentional. maybe the goal is to find a baseball related solution, but i have no idea.

I don't know if this is anything worth looking into but the words "truth brings revelation" had me thinking about logic truth tables that you get and used in 7 segment displays and things. Each letter on a seven segemtn display will correspond to a binary input which can be found on a truth table.

i used to have a game on my old apple lc that was a spelling game and on the hardest level the word searches did that. you had to find words that were twisted around like that, forwards and backwards.
