I'm assuming the name "Seven Bridges" is referring to Euler's 'Seven Bridges of Konigsberg' puzzle. Which has no solution, but introduced a new theorem, graph theory, and the eventual development of topology.
The paper was published in 1736.
...and when was the Cube discovered in Perplex City?
1737.
Ladies and gentelmen, I give you kelsey_requiem.

Also there is a place called Newgrange in Ireland. One of the oldest megalithic tombs anywhere. It's kind of similar to Newguard. It's famous for being fully illuminated at the Solstices. It links up with the syzygy/futures/astronomy school of though. If there is a link between Newguard and Newgrange, that's for you to decide.
Also, Newgrange has been in the news lately, due to roadworks being built in an area close to it. These areas are quite significant to, archaeologists and historians, etc.

cassandra wrote about Euler's seven (7) bridges. This is the story of an unsolvable pathway. The beginning and ending 'island(s)' may have an odd number of bridges, but each step (island) along the path of the journey must have an even number of bridges. Or you cross something twice, or, you miss something entirely.
The middle islands must have an even numbers of bridges.
? The middle islands in the maze puzzle must have an even number of bridges ?
I think they call them ARGs because of what a pirate says: "Arrrrrrrrrg!"

I think they call it ARGs because it stands for 'Alternate Reality Gaming'
And when we are confused, angry and annoyed, we go AAAAAAAARGH!!! which may be pronounced ARG
Pass my tablets please

I found this quote very intriguing. It sounds a bit different than what we may say such as "We called the authorities [on our cell phone] at once" its more like "we sent an email message..."
More indications of the multifunctional nature of "The Keys"?

I would bet they used a key.
Still looks like all information relating to the tomorrows event will be revealed tomorrow. Should be a good day

Well perhaps Perhaps when he said "stone work at right angles" he meant he saw stone work coming up from the ground. Ground being flat... stone work perpendicular to the ground.
Perhaps they have stonework paths and such...
It doesn't mean they don't use right angles, just that perhaps all stone work is relegated to the ground, and not built upwards

acctualy i belive the problem was to find a euler circut not a euler path which requires all islands (vertex) to have an even number of bridges (edges) so that you can end were you started... if it was a euler path only the middle verticis would need even edges so that you could cross all edges with out repeating...
Funny thing about euler there was a reward (from the king of Prussia) offred to who ever could find solver the 7 bridges of Konigsberg problem, but when euler proved it could be done he got nothing... poor euler.

Not, of course, to be confused with Arrrrr! (yes, I will be taking part in this year's TLAP Day)
Everything tastes better with Pirate!

to be fair you could do that with one of those newfangled camera phones. specially if it also had gps cos when you're hiking you dont always know exactly where you are on a map, so they would need to find that out so they could let the academy know which spot to look in.
but yeah, could be a key also... maybe a key is just like the way our phones are going, they can do a billion different things in one little piece of portable technology.
rach =)

i believe this was first mentioned in the pregame forum
