[UPDATE] April 21 Worry writes Ian a short, taunting email.

Dylan song lyric? The first thing that came to mind was the chorus to "Like a Rolling Stone":
How does it feel
How does it feel
To be without a home
Like a complete unknown
Like a rolling stone?
Fits the situation pretty well, too.

possibly... I believe that it is somebody that Ian helped put away... and I believe that when Worry says 'How does it feel?' they are referring to us watching Ian and trying to find motives in every little thing someone does... almost as if Worry is giving us information as revenge for something in the past... it could be Virgil asking Ian how does it feel to lose someone you care about... SUDDEN IDEA what if Virgil used Gunter and did all this crap just to teach Ian (and now that we somehow got into Ian-net, us) an important lesson that Virgil learned himself... that losing someone close to you can almost kill you... probably not, but you never know with Virgil...

Damn, Ian hit the Gorton's fisherman in the stolen A3 and left him for dead!

Following "I know what you did", Ian sends back: "I emailed you from another account, email me back there, this email is open to too many eyes." and Worry responds: "Perhaps. It depends on what you have to say."

Mmhhh... if, and I say if, Virgil is "Worry", this could mean that Ian had something to do with Naoko's death?

I believe this is a warning from Nisha to Ian.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The title, Really Odd, is telling us to only listen to what the odd-numbered trucker is saying, which makes the message:
trucker1: i'm telling you they are real
trucker1: my momma said they came out at night.
trucker1: and they've got sharp claws, they'll getcha if you go in there
trucker1: swear to god

In conjunction with that I would have the spec that *this* is The Nisha Chronicles Vol. 1.

Definitely...
"Axiom: in order to play the video game the player must be played by the game. The game as a container of secret knowledge, as a self-contained universe that must reveal its hidden architecture, posits the game player as decoder who decodes only in the midst of playing. The player participates in a community of committed decoders, inside and outside the gaming territory."
