[Puzzle 4-19] Deciphering Cryptogram ch1900222589.jpg It is very likely the 'crossword puzzle' is some sort of cryptograph. Hopefully others who have more experience with it can help. Some reading:

Bonusuk pointed out it looks like a Vigene Square Cipher I agree, but we need the key.
It also looks like a Grille Transposition Cipher . But we need the Grille.
Here's an excel I did on arranging the letters to help. The letters are still in typewriter order.

I've been following the idea that it's not a word search, but possibly a sentence scrambled in a bunch of letters.
If you start at the P on the second row, you can follow the letters to make it say "play me till gamers see sue find..." That's just what we were going off of, we're trying to get further.
It could also be "play me till gamefind..." but we figured that was too obvious.

Suggest 9 letter words related to the game and I'll put them into a vigenere decipherer

gmaefindb doesn't work, it's been tried.
The whole point of a vigenere cipher is that is has a keyword of a set length.
I'm assuming a letter square 9x9 means Vigenere square keyword length 9.

Give 'voltron' a shot. I tried it as the Grille but it doesn't work. The reason I say this is because there has been at least one incorrect aspect found on that toy (the legs are swapped, its left leg should be yellow and right, blue).

What about using the file name as a possible key?

Are we sure that is it a cipher?
I find it highly unlikely that something could be enciphered in such a way that the plaintext "gamefind" remains part of it.

You can do it, just takes some effort. I also don't think we need to focus on just 9 letter words. It is in a 9x9 grid in order to appear like a word finder puzzle... so just flatten it out into a plain string as so:
TLCALBOILEOCPAYLKRLOITEMCOEKLLBYYOLAGAMEFINDBADURRBSLERSFSBFASREEESLRFEIDAABAEDGN
