I can only "ASSUME" now that the XBOX forum one is real as well. Perhaps we'll see the link back to OurColony soon.
For now, officially have 5 of 6.

photoshop I was just wondering...we have 5 pictures right? I see all this talk of photoshopping in them...but am I missing the photoshop in the flower picture? If there isn't, is that the picture to focus on first? or not at all?? Is that even relevant?!?!
*sigh* this gamem8ker guy is clever...

N 37 W 115
http://www.confluence.org/confluence.php?lat=37&lon=-115
In terms of the -115, when dealing with longitude a -number means a W longitude, while a + number means an E longitude. So calling it W -115 is being redundent.

With the long/lat pointing to Nellis AFB and the picture of the poppies I tried google searching 'Nellis' and 'Poppy' together.
Is it just coincidence that there are lots of pages documenting how the poppy thrives at Nellis because no-one can go near them?
Perhaps the other two pictures/clues would narrow the search to a particular species?
just thinking out-loud.
This guy has totally got a good lead here! I think we should look more into the direction he suggested since it sounds rather relevant indeed. Just need to link the hints in the other four pics, to the poppies and the Area 51/Nellis coördinates. Any ideas?

I think what we need to be focusing on, on the Myspace piture is the letters on the guy's shirt/jacket. S c or a cresent moon and a T or a cross.

Also, lat and long are usually broken into 60minute/60second incriments, but that can be confusing for systems used to dealing in 10, so for GIS applications decimal degrees are employed instead. One decimal minute is 1/60, or 0.016667°; one decimal second is 1/3600, or 0.00027778°.
So 39°7'30" would become 39.125. If my math is correct 37.1466 becomes N37°8'48" and -115.4761 becomes W115°28'34"

i googled area 51 + white hart
http://www.knowhere.co.uk/4140_goingout.html
Area 51 is the premier nite spot of Ampthill ! it is part of the White Hart, and frankly is quite shit - better off going to Luton or if really desperate Bedford. The Prince of Wales has a late licence Fri/Sat but a fairly odd selection of customers, some quite young if you like that sort of thing.

well somebody had mentioned that poppies reminded them of the Wizard of Oz. that had me thinking witch, especially as I had just read a blog about ghosts at the White Hart. Area 51 has aliens, right? the comic has a werewolf. has anyone else looked into this line of thought?

After reading the 17 page thread, I notice that the barcodes on 2 of the pictures (the pictures of the case) have not been decoded. What do they read (if anything)?

They haven't been decoded hear, but have been in other threads.
This is a 6 picture puzzle, not 2, I doubt they matter.
I'll apologise if I'm wrong.

I have been thinking a bit again in relation to several games someone posted earlier in this thread:
Area 51
Hunter: The Reckoning
Space Invaders 2000
If I remember correctly, these games were al published by Midway (wrong solution). Now the projectname of the current Xbox while it was in development, was called Project Midway (also wrong solution). Now this can still be further related to World War II (remember the poppies!), more specifically the battle of the Pacific between America and Japan. As most of you probably know, that war was ended with the use of the atomic bomb (remember that pic?). The entire operation related to the A-bomb was actually called Project Midway as well (quite an evil reference of Microsoft towards the Japanese I might add).
So ehhrmm...I was thinking about Nagasaki or Horishima as the solution...but that doesn't seem to be it either. Same goes for 'nuclear' and 'atomic bomb.' Any other suggestions related to this topic?
Edit: It's not 'Pearl Harbor', 'Japan', 'World War II', 'Pacific' of 'Pacific War' either. Maybe some game related to these events is the solution?
