You didn;t link Pearl Harbour to anything in the pictures though, as far as I can see.
That's why I think it's dubious. sorry if I'm wrong

It's on the team xbox forum somewhere in the middle of their post.
Great, somewhere in the middle of a 65 page thread with no damn search function.

That's exactly why I didn;t link to it. I can;t be bothered looking through 65 pages to find it.
It was the right legth to be a upc code, but the UPC code hadn't been registered.
That's since been created by someone as the Xbox 360 by someone on their forum, it didn;t go anywhere.

It seems we're somewhat missing the point. The pictures (i think) are clues as to "who/what" is in "6 places where we talk." See what I mean? so of course it won't be things like "jack the ripper" or "werewolves."

According teamxbox forums
that doesn't give me the source of (i.e. a link to) the 'solution' I was looking for (or any info on the other barcode).

That's the actual XBox 360 UPC code, then:

I dont think this is a cryptic message, nor do I think it will follow the trends of the previous puzzles, why whould anyone put two similar puzzles, that's a cop-out...I think we shoould be looking for for some connecting factor beween all the pictures

Here's a possible link between a few pics:
The poppies could be a narcotic, aka: NARC.
The nevada site has been hypothesized to be AREA 51.
Now Midway isn't the answer, but perhaps it does have something to do with the answer?

Just to quote myself on this subject:

I have been thinking a bit again in relation to several games someone posted earlier in this thread:
Area 51
Hunter: The Reckoning
Space Invaders 2000
If I remember correctly, these games were al published by Midway (wrong solution). Now the projectname of the current Xbox while it was in development, was called Project Midway (also wrong solution). Now this can still be further related to World War II (remember the poppies!), more specifically the battle of the Pacific between America and Japan. As most of you probably know, that war was ended with the use of the atomic bomb (remember that pic?). The entire operation related to the A-bomb was actually called Project Midway as well (quite an evil reference of Microsoft towards the Japanese I might add).
So ehhrmm...I was thinking about Nagasaki or Horishima as the solution...but that doesn't seem to be it either. Same goes for 'nuclear' and 'atomic bomb.' Any other suggestions related to this topic?
Edit: It's not 'Pearl Harbor', 'Japan', 'World War II', 'Pacific' of 'Pacific War' either. Maybe some game related to these events is the solution?
That's also my explanation as to how I came to the events which are both directly and indirectly linkable to Pearl Harbor.
I'm almost certain that the whole Project Midway thingie has something to do with this whole challenge since it simply links towards the Xbox.

What does the marvel comic and the 7D have to do with that.
Might help with the answer.
I see your thinking, still not convinced it all ties together yet

The Pearl Harbor argument is flawed. Poppies were a symbol of the end of WW1...about 20 years earlier.
