What does the marvel comic and the 7D have to do with that.

Might help with the answer.

I see your thinking, still not convinced it all ties together yet Smile

Dunno yet Razz, and I'm not that good of a mathematician when it comes to the numbers. I'd rather leave that specific part to someone else.

Anyway, considering the fact that it is probably best to indeed solve the hints in each pic first, before linking them altogether:

10^3 + 10^3 is 2000. That picture looks like a space invader. There is also a game called Space Invaders 2000. One of its locations is here http://www.ariafritta.it/game/invad...0/invaders.html

In the story, the Earch is taken over by Microsoftians, and Bill XIV or whatever. Personally, I don't think it is anything, but it is interesting.

It's a suggestion from the TeamXbox forums. He's thinking it's not anything significant, but it might just be the solution to that specific pic: Space Invaders 2000, or anything related to it storywise.

I believe the atomic bomb research was called "The manhatten project" not project midway.

One of the island at the Pearl Harbor battles was called Midway.

What about Defender 2000? It was a midway-published game...and also, the 7d pic...could it be in reference to the game 720 degrees?

The only pics i'm stumped with are the werewolf one (if it is In-game) and I can only come up with Rampage or Killer Instinct; and then the white hart pic.

So if I'm right about this midway stuff...how does it all fit together if the answer isn't midway?

If Midway does have something to do with this, can it be interpreted as "the monsters of the midway"? That would also be a link to Chicago(which seems to be mentioned all the time) since that was/is the nickname for the Bears.

There were many battles in the Pacific during WWII, Midway was the turning point. As I recall, there was only one "Pearl Harbor Battle" which launched the US into WWII.

History is your friend

EDIT - I'd lean toward what ilike says, Monsters of Midway seems far more likely. Especially given the Chicago reference.

Yes, indeed it was. But I was reffering to the actually bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki at the end of WW2. That operation was called Project Midway if I remember correctly (not 100% sure though...at least it has something to do with the Pacific War considering the name of one of the Pearl Harbor islands which Bonusuk mentioned).

Well, at least there now seem to be several leads here:

- possible connection to the Pacific War
- any stuff related to aliens and/or other supernatural beings
- Xbox Live! games

Anything else I might have overlooked?

As you can see the guy's jacket was photoshopped.

So we probably need to find some link between the photoshopped 'tag' in the pub picture, and Chicago.

Maybe 7D is a week. But 4+3... Why not 5+2 or 6+1?

Well, perhaps there is a special meaning of some sort. After all, 4 X 3 is 12. A reference to 5-12?

How about 4 + 3D = A Cube?

Also, maybe it's 4 + HEX(3D)? :

DEC HEX EBCDIC ASCII BINARY
61 3D NAK = 0011 1101

61 + 4 = 65
