The correct string on the monitor is:

I checked that sequence (with 1 at the start) at the Encyclopedia of Integer Sequences, but the results look too complicated and/or irrelevant...

The last 4 digits of the IP match with the last 4 digits of the floor plan's number in the path of the URL.

I clicked around a bit and then clicked "start" and the message "You should not be here..." appeared plus the binary string "10011010010011001001" in the window on the right which is 632009 in decimal...
