Well I got my Vice Squad postcard today finally (hate how long US-Canada postage takes). Put a lot of effort into getting a solid image of the UV matrix, and tried testing some grid sizes.

IF it's 15 6x6 letters, then it's 90 columns plus a pixel between each, which makes 104 columns. If it has a one pixel padding, then the UV region is 8 rows by 106 columns.
