The only thing that bothers me is organizations in our time who know about the Flood. The only way I can see an organization specifically working on something related directly to Flood ...

I read somewhere though that Bungie debunked that claim (from a novel I believe) and said that Johnson wasn't actually effectively attacked. I'll have to try to find the reference somewhere... unless...
