Looks like a countdown to a date last month. It coincided with the upload date of the second video.

Just to be clear, are they currently inside Wyn's apartment? I imagine this map is to be used to guide them out of the building somehow and out onto the streets? So should we start leaving comments or something?

Yeah, I think that's Wyn's apartment. He mentioned that it was his Buster sword hanging on the wall. You can either leave video comments or email. Not sure about twitter. It seems the goal is to get them to the terminal with the two gaurds.
