Shared Public Folder?

 		Shared Public Folder?
I'm wondering if a cloud based shared folder exists. Where anyone and everyone can contribute files to a global project folder. I tried dropbox and set it up, but you technically cant view the folder. It's more like everything you upload into it, has a public link automatically generated. Lame. I want everyone to be able to contribute.

Or at least, I the PM, could send them a code they can use to upload to a cloud folder that I ultimately control, and everyone can view and grab the files.

Does this exist?

 		For the short time I was working with AlterNET, they had a google doc that was a sort of master list with links to all the other relevant, public-but-unlisted google docs and we all collaborated that way. Seemed to work pretty well.

 		It's not a free option ($3/user per month at the lowest tier) but SharePoint Online might handle some of the functionality you're describing...

 		we create a false puppetmaster id and email and then all check it/use it for dropbox, games etc.?
