 		auction items
I received my auction items today. The box is just a regular tile box,nothing fancy, but nice. Inside were a stone, pic below, an unopened letter to Sarah, below, a library card issued to Pat Dobbs,(very strange) and an admission ticket to the auction. I played around with the stone, it wouldn't show the image very well. It's just a grey stone with a (stamp?) of what looks like an ancient soldier on it. It's also very hard to see but it has the initials of SW on the back in gold.

The letter is made of a group of numbers, have fun with them. I'm not real good at that.

I have to redo the modified pic of the disc, will repost when done.
Done!
I tried to make the letter smaller, it worked sorta.

My first impression of this picture was of a profile. Greek or Roman perhaps? (Rotate the picture slightly clockwise)

I've seen that coin somewhere else... I'm sure I've seen that coin somewhere else, but it just looked like a silver blob at the time. let me look...
Ok found it but after comparing the two, they are not the same.
Anyway, the place I saw the other silverish disk is at:
