Well, part of me wants to say it's a phone number, but it has too many digits to be a phone number-- and it's decidedly not binary code because there's no such thing as 3s, 4s, 5s, 6s, 7s, 8s or 9s in binary.

It doesn't seem to be a 'letter' equation. Converting the numbers to their respective letters yielded this:

feedcgi0hhgfe0000000000000

and well, the zero doesn't really mean anything. Maybe it's some sort of exclamation point?

EDIT: We might need a new thread for this puzzle.
