I don't think this is actually solvable, it could just be a normal tweet that got fucked up because of the distortion or w/e

In one of the earlier TTA puzzles the # of zeros= a letter in the ABC's
0=A 00=B (ETC.)

The first and last two digit numbers in that mess (other than the 0s at the end) are both 65. If it weren't for that, I would agree.

Each of those numbers are different by 12.

Maybe we're supposed to look at the differences between the numbers?

The # of zeros at the end of the code equal to the letter M.
I guess we have to play hangman with the code

took the scrambled letters and anagrammed, got a whole bunch of nonsense about chefs, hedges, and eggs.
this is......maddening.

Something I discovered is that there are 13 numbers before the line of zeros, and there are 13 zeros. I thought maybe if you paired each number with a zero, you could get something?
Such as: 60 50 50 40...
