I don't understand, can you explain? I thought the cipher only involved pairs of numbers, and that the pair 03 equated to either J or W.

I don't understand how to apply the cipher to surveillance here. The number pairs are different. It's possible that it is a similar cipher, just with different number pairs, but there isn't enough data currently for us to get anything.

 		So...are we assuming that Hoody hijacked the twitter, or that Jay and Tim got into some kind of confrontation and are trapped/in trouble? I'm leaning towards something happening to them since he hasn't corrected it saying it wasn't him, and he never said he came back from the drive...

I'm not usually the one to be this guy, but that does not look like how Jay would normally type something. He usually capitalizes his first words of a sentence and puts a # symbol in front of the entry numbers. Also, he spelled tomorrow incorrectly. What the hell?

The formatting seems oddly incorrect for a standard post by Jay, since he normally will post it as something like Uploading Entry #72 tomorrow night.

I think this points to something having happened to him and this may be Tim using the twitter, or maybe Hoody.

It's not capitalized and he spelled "tomorrow" wrong. In the past, this is usually a good sign that Jay's not the one tweeting (or not in his normal mindset at least).

 		TTA doesn't capitalise his words or they are all capital, if I remember, but he does spell correctly? If it's a hint on whose uploading it or that something has happened to Jay the spelling/grammar maybe be important?

 		Who says it's Jay or TTA tweeting that? What if it's Tim? Maybe Tim doesn't understand Twitter, Jay gave him his phone and said "here, tweet something," Tim messed up, posted the silly number then forgot about it, Jay didn't notice it, and now Tim went back and reposted the latest tweet, hence the grammatical differences? We can't always assume the worst.
