I agree with this.

Also, I'm on the boat with those saying Tim was pulled towards TO, explaining his limp and drunken walk, and resisted him at the end.

Alex having an alter would make sense. Also I think filming the pages is what made TO appear.

The house is pretty much a quarantine zone to Jay and Tim now. If they go back they have to do it as fast as possible if it is true that TO is protecting Alex's house. This will all depend on what theory a person believes in. If TO was summoned by Alex, then it could be that whatever was used to summon TO is in the attic. Of course, if this theory holds, then one could add to it that TO can teleport anywhere where his summon spot is located. EX: Rosswood Park, Alex's House, etc, etc.

Or, maybe he's the physical manifestation of technology run amok-- a ghost from the machine? There's a lot of evil on the internet, maybe the Operator is a new incarnation of an older evil (Slender Man) who came to life when the internet went out of control in the mid 2000s.

 		A lot of people have been saying "Tim was oddly protective of Jay in this entry and that's suspicious," and while I see where they're coming from, no one is accepting the possibility that, because Tim has dealt with Slender Sickness all his life, maybe he's developed empathy for people suffering from it, or was, as we know, so horribly afflicted by it that he can't stand the thought of someone else going through that kind of torment.

On the other hand, he kept telling Jay that he should see a doctor, and Jay kept refusing the idea. The shady side to that is Tim has seen the dark side of so-called "psychotherapeutic treatment," and is trying to get Jay locked away in Arkham so that Tim can go on and live a 'normal' life, or at least live 'normally' as long as possible before either (A. the Operator finally hunts him down or (B. Jay gets out of the asylum and comes back for Tim.

 		I think it's the former more than anything, Tim on the whole seems like a nice guy who's had a bad hand in life.

Tim was going to a doctor as well and he wasn't "locked away" when Jay found him.
