What are you talking about? It was broad daylight when they went to the basement (8 minutes in, just before going into the basement), and when they looked out the basement windows it was pitch black. They even point it out before TO shows up and all the craziness starts. Tim asks Jay what time it is when he looks outside and it is dark, and then they panic (8:44).

Yes, he was joking. It's a reference to the time shift debate surrounding entry 23 that comes up from time to time.

12:00 TO is forcing is powers of sickness on jay, tim rescues him ( Yeah Tim Very Happy!) Then TO Creepily looks over at tim, making him fall with sickness and stuff.

TO Definitely has the build of a face, the way its shaped, just no eyes and
stuff

 		I notice that when Jay puts the camera on the window sill at 7:00ish the field looks notably different from how it did moments ago with no TO in it; the trees in the background are much closer and brighter.

A few weeks back, one or two people were insisting that no time distortion had occurred in Entry 23 and that the house suddenly becoming pitch black was the result of someone closing the front door. This entry more or less confirms the opposite, however.

Notice how different the two images are. The background is closer, brighter, more detailed, and further to the right in the second picture than it was in the first (notice how that tree in the first picture has moved further to the right). It's as though the location of the camera has changed.

It is worth noting that they were in a different room at that point.

Though the brightness might be a subtle distortion.

I'm still confused about this house. Of course there may be out of story reasons but in story is this supposedly the house that Alex lived in in the very early entries? Because I don't see a porch like there was in those, when the Operator was standing outside and turned his head to look at Alex.
The basement in this one had windows that miiiight have been the ones that TO was sort of stooping as he crept by, looking in the window at Alex, though.
I was thinking just last night that I really miss an ambulant Operator.
[Still wondering what he did in that cabinet in the wall in that one video, which I suppose was taken by Masky/TTA though maybe by Alex...]

EDIT:
Tim seemed to be drawn to TO in a similar way to how Jay was drawn to it at the motel... it looked like he was getting instructions or something. OR maybe TO was erasing memories, or editing them. In other vids TO showed up and then he and a person had vanished, I expected Tim to be gone this time.
