I am not sure I see the need for this, personally. It contains spoilers, and it might also get polluted with a lot of the overwrought speculation that occurs on this forum and somehow becomes accepted as canon, thereby misleading readers and confusing them down the road.

Even if I support this thread, the bad thing is that there are few things that we really know about TO and I guess there is little to be said about it unless we're talking about speculations.

However, I find this much clearer and organised than the wikidot

A thread that helps define the limitations and abilities of TO is something that makes sense, even though we probably will never be truly sure about it, so it would be almost only speculation, although we have some facts (like the fact that unlike slendy, TO hasn't tentacles).

I'll post a theory, it has been said or referenced before, so i'll just put it here:

I'm pretty sure that TO powers by themselves are pretty weak at first, it only seems to stalk his victims in the beggining and his powers seem to grow the more the victim is aware/scared of him.

(This is a personal of mine) If he is spotted by someone he is unable to move, no matter what, it seems that his influence over the subject depends on how close he is to TO, if he is caught by a camera or any sort of image recorder, he cannot move away. He only seems to move/teleport whenever he is not being watched by anyone.

He knows when he is being spotted, and although he cannot move when he is on the sight of anyone or a camera, he can see through them, it would be the explanation of why someone with no face (Eyes, nose and ears) can detect the location of someone nearby.

His victims develop synthoms (English is not my native language) that are related to the effects of choking, explaining everyone's loss of strenght and coughing, it even explains the memory loss (If you spend too long without air you can develop brain problems, such as the one i just mentioned). This also seems to be is way of attacking people.

The mentioned above also reassembles the theme of water on the overall series and especially the entry with Tim wearing the chest camera (I believe it was #65) where he is being teleported to the Slendyverse after being submerged underwater. (In entry #72 it only seems that he manipulated time until it was night, they were not in the slendyverse in my opinion)

I also believe that Oppy CANNOT manipulate time, but he can take control of people and make them skips chunks of time (Could be another explanation of the memory loss) without them even pick up on it. (If we have to get technical in this, i don't believe he can make the planet spin faster without the whole world knowing about it, i know it sounds ridiculous, but is what i think).

Do we want speech mimicry under speculation? There's that entry with Jay in the Basement of Doom calling out "Hello?" with "Hello" repeated in a lower voice, followed by a Slendy attack...
