Reading the post I understand that we have 3 patterns to work on: Gulf of Venice shape + NY shape + an eight-pointed star.

Playing with layers on photoshop it seems that Gulf of Venice fits well with the shape of the Upper New York Bay.

But now, what to do with the star?

Here I go with the weirdest theory ever:

The star points to the Statue of Liberty. Why?:

The Statue of Liberty has a seventh-pointed star on her head. J'Marcus has been listing all the representative virtues of the eigh-pointed star but one: EXPLICITNESS. This word could be the last clue.

Also maybe it's "vertically dense" enough for a meeting...

Finally, the Statue has a 11 point star base?. What to do with that? Frankly, I have no idea.

I know, it sounds weird but it makes sense xD

 		oh my gods this was my first ARG and i didn't even know it was one. i just. sorry. i had to say something when i finally found it again. i'd forgotten about it for years. nothing new to offer, just a gushing over my introduction to this stuff. please don't hate me.
