How much will you all be charging me on eBay? I'm not paying more than £25. Maybe £30 if it's really good.

There is a thread for this discussion. And these matters are already decided.

As if the anticipation for Nov. 4th weren't already running high enough... =)
[OT/META] No one here says schwag, instead it's swag, which I've never heard before. Interesting, or not? You decide!... =) [/OT/META]

Swag is an old term from the days of pirates and high adventure on the high seas. It means 'loot' or 'materials' and has a context similar to that of 'stolen items.' Obviously, we're not thieves, so it's taken on a different context here.

*wipes forehead* Well, just got a reply back from dana about my worries.. here is what I sent, and what was sent back.
Quote:
I might be able to get to one of the rendezvous sites, but it seems my
name never got listed under the Crew, though my other Crew members
have(Dr. Kojubat, Lt. Cmdr. Case, and Com Spec Ensign Mokey). We are
all part of the Stormy Axon Crew, and I am even featured in
"Orientation challenge – honorable mention". A black&white picture of
Ensign Mokey saluting from a Humvee, and Lt. Cmdr. Case and me(Sgt.
Dinaden) in a Warthog with Master Chief driving.. I'm the one in the
back, on the Turret. The picture is on the top row, 3rd from the left.
I'm just worried that, if I'm not listed under the Crew that I may not
be able to receive this Com. Log.
Any reassurance would be greatly appreciated =)
Thank you for your time and your patience,
Sgt. Dinaden, Stormy Axon Crew

Hi Sgt. Dinaden!
Anyone can pick up the communications log at one of the 27 cache
sites, as long as they have the password. So you shouldn't have any
problem!
good luck~

According to weephun's post above, that might not be possible. They will definitely have a limited supply, whether that limited supply is limited to the number of expected participants is another story.
Yeah, I know. I realize I'm pretty unlikely to wind up with a DVD - I've long since resigned myself to a spectator role in this ARG. Being an optimist I hold out hope that one will end up getting sent here (I emailed Dana to ask, but she didn't reply, which isn't really a good sign), but I'm not going to lose any sleep if I miss out. That's just the way life is.

It appears that many, or all(?), of the 27 locations are movie theaters.

btw... I sometimes use the same screen name you've got as my profile on
video games. lol
That's because it is a pretty cool handle!
You got that right. I first used it on Splinter Cell. It seemed fitting. But this is OT.

*IMPORTANT* The date and time for the rendezvous has just changed. It was originally at 12:00 PST on November 7, now it is at 18:00 PST on November 4.

UPDATE: OMG! I posted the wrong time and date. Can you believe it? I'm so excited about the training mission, I spaced. The communications logs will be available at the 27 cache locations below starting at 18:00 Pacific Time on November 4th! Don't forget the relay code to pick up your log on DVD: "The Operator left something for me." Good luck!

I really hope I get one, I emailed her my address but she hasn't responded yet if she's going to mail me one. The suspense is killing me
